Use this guide to sign in to your Capital One account online or in the mobile app.

## Steps

1. Open **capitalone.com** in your browser, or open the Capital One Mobile app.
2. Click **Sign In** in the top-right corner.
3. Enter your username.
4. Enter your password.
5. Check **Remember me** only on your own trusted device.
6. Complete two-factor authentication if it is enabled.
7. Click **Sign In**.
8. Review the account dashboard once it loads.
