## Steps

1. Sign in to your online account or the mobile app.
2. Open **Services** or **Card Settings**.
3. Choose the card that needs replacing.
4. Tap **Replace Card**.

6. Confirm your mailing address.
7. Submit the request.
8. Wait for the new card to arrive by mail.
