Steps
- Go to capitalone.com and click Sign In.
- Click Forgot Username or Password.
- Select Find Username.
- Enter your name and date of birth.
- Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN.
- Choose to receive your username by email or text.
- Check your inbox or messages for the reveal.
- Return to the sign-in page and try again.
You will get an email showing your username so you can log in.
