Use this guide to sign in to your Capital One account online or in the mobile app.

Steps
- Open capitalone.com in your browser, or open the Capital One Mobile app.
- Click Sign In in the top-right corner.
- Enter your username.
- Enter your password.
- Check Remember me only on your own trusted device.
- Complete two-factor authentication if it is enabled.
- Click Sign In.
- Review the account dashboard once it loads.
If your dashboard shows your account balance and recent activity, you’re signed in successfully.

- Turn on biometric sign-in in the app for faster access.
- Never share your password, even with someone claiming to be from Capital One.
