Set Up Account Alerts

Alerts help you stay on top of due dates, purchases, and unusual activity.
You can get alerts by email, text, or push notification in the mobile app.

Steps

  1. Sign in to your online account or app.
  2. Open ProfileNotifications and Preferences.
  3. Pick the account you want to set alerts on.
  4. Choose the alert types (due date reminders, large purchases, low balance, etc.).
  5. Select how to receive them (email, text, or push).
  6. Save your changes.
  7. Test by triggering an alert (for example, sign in from a new device).
A confirmation message will appear once your alerts are saved.

  • Turn on alerts for transactions over a small amount to catch fraud quickly.
  • Adjust alert delivery so important alerts arrive by push notification.
