View Your Statements

Capital One provides monthly statements you can view online, download, or print.
Statements are typically available on the same date each month, right after the closing date of your billing cycle.

Steps

  1. Sign in to your online account.
  2. Select your credit or debit card account.
  3. Click Statements.
  4. Pick the month you want to view.
  5. Download the PDF, or view it in the browser.
  6. Save or print if needed.
Turn on paperless statements to reduce clutter and get emails when new statements are ready.

  • Keep statements at least 12 months for tax and dispute records.
  • Review statements monthly to spot unfamiliar charges.
